Ordered pizza online yes it was my mistake for not realizing I didn’t order delivery. However when I call to ask where the order is they say they have not received my order , I explain I had a receipt then the put they phone down. I called back and they say again I have not received an order then realized they had but is was for collection and it’s been sitting here for over 40min. Like who in the right mind would just let it sit there for over 40min and not think to call the person that had ordered it 🤪 . Then go on the say you didn’t put Down for delivery but you can come pick it up now I get that mistakes happen but I cannot pick it up as I don’t drive and I’m not getting a bus out there when it’s already been sitting 40min it be cold time I get there. The least they could do in there behalf is send a sms or call to say it was ready like most other pizza shops do then it probably wouldn’t off been a problem to get there in time or pay them to deliver asap. Instead there happy to take the money and let your order sit there without no notification or anything.

Very good food, not crowded and quick at preparing the food. You can't eat in the restaurant though, because they don't have much space.

All orders were wrong. Sold extra toppings they don't have in stock. Added toppings we told them to exclude, and added lots of onion which wasn't supposed to be on either pizza. Tried to call for 4 minutes but nobody answered. Took the pizzas back but they wouldn't credit or refund the missing topping cost or give any form of compensation for the entire order being wrong. Very disappointed.
